Ingredients:
3 tbs. brown sugar
1 tbs honey
1 tbs. butter
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. finely grated ginger
olive oil
salt and pepper
4 salmon fillets
Directions:
- Preheat broiler
- Lay salmon fillets on tin foil covered pan. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the brown sugar, honey and butter. Remove from heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, ginger and olive oil.
- Spread 1/3 sauce on salmon and broil for a few minutes (until halfway done). Take salmon out, flip it over and cover with 1/3 sauce and return to broiler until done. Use the remaining 1/3 sauce to spread on salmon as you like.

ReplyDeleteTried it. Overcooked the salmon, replaced honey with an extra tablespoon b sugar, and still delicious!
