Honey Whole Wheat Pancakes (sugarless)

Easy, yummy, healthy pancakes! 

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup whole wheat kernels
1/4 cup dry milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil (or less)
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder

In a blender, mix water, wheat kernels, and dry milk.  Blend on smooth for three minutes.  Add egg, sugar, and salt.  Smooth for 20 seconds.  Add baking powder.  Pulse three times.  Cook immediately on a hot griddle.
